I bought this CD partly because of the reviews. I'm always looking for music to play when I teach yoga. This however, is not good for that. I rally don't like it and I think it is too distracting during class.
This is a great CD for a one hour vinyasa class (or practice at home). My class likes it and I find it fun and energizing.
This cd has good flowing sounds with varying music from all over the world. Well worth the investment.

Truly, this is a beautiful CD, perfect for a flow class or just easy listening. My only complaint is that it wasn't long enough.
